TALENTED tennis youngster Scott Clayton (15) is hoping his trip to the hallowed turf of SW19 this week is the first of many.

Having won the national Road to Wimbledon tournament in August 2008, beating the under-14 national champion along the way, Clayton has been invited to this year’s Grand Slam event.

Thanks to the competition sponsors, HSBC, he has been given a pair of centre court tickets for Friday’s matches when he will also have a tour of the ground and see his name etched on the winners’ board.

The following day he will feature on the grass practice courts taking part in a tennis clinic with Tim Henman where the Road to Wimbledon tournament will be showcased to the crowds at the Championship.
