History of Sports Bug

First started in 1997, Sports Bug is the brainchild of sports coach Tim Le Feuvre who saw the need for children to develop sports skills from an early age. Over the last twelve years Sports Bug has increased it’s range of activities, number of sessions, venues and qualified coaches to meet  a growing demand. There are now 10 different activities to choose from for children aged between one and eleven with over 500 children taking part across the Island each week and in the school holidays.

A Positive Learning Experience

Whatever the activity, Sports Bug strives to provide a positive learning environment where children can have fun and reach their full sporting potentials. As well as developing sporting skills, Sports Bug tries to instill other values like fair play and sportsmanship to all the children who attend. Each session is delivered in a positive manner by enthusiastic qualified coaches ensuring that children develop not only sports skills but confidence and a high self esteem too.
